| JOB DESCRIPTION : |
The candidate will assist the Program Managers in all aspects of program management and assist with the GMS nomination process.

| RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : |
Respond to staff, Institution and Gates Scholar inquiries regarding GMS program.
Participate in freshman confirmation and awarding scholarship recipients, which includes reviewing financial and academic eligibility documents.
Track and maintain scholarship recipients through database management.
Create and maintain files for new and current scholars.
Assists in planning and compiling materials for conferences, meeting and seminars.
Produce correspondence and reposts as requested.
Assist with the GMS nomination process.
Perform routine administrative tasks to support various projects as assigned.

| REQUIREMENTS : |
|
High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years administrative or student support service experience.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong math skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
