UNCF New York’s Annual Walk for Education is a chance for companies, groups, and individuals to support historically Black colleges & universities (HBCUs) and help uplift more young people of color towards achieving degree completion.

We suggest that corporations, groups, and individuals form teams with a goal of raising a minimum of $250 per person on your team. Teams can choose their own walking location on September 27th in New York City with the objective of arriving at a centralized location.

Corporate teams, and individual participants who raise $250 and above, will be invited to a celebratory reception between 5:30 and 6:30 PM, and receive a souvenir T-shirt. (Space is limited for the reception.) Please help us reach our goal and let’s build better futures one step at a time.

$250,000 National Presenting Sponsor

  • National Presenting Sponsor recognition on all event marketing materials for all UNCF Walks across the country. (More than 20 cities expected.)
  • Logo included on the New York Walk commemorative T-shirt.
