HBCU Alums: Help UNCF Research “The HBCU Experience”
UNCF’s Frederick D. Patterson Research Institute (FDPRI) invites participants for the research study titled, “The HBCU Experience: An Exploration of Peer Networks and Workforce Outcomes for HBCU Alumni.” This study explores how socialization at HBCUs influences the workforce choices and outcomes of Black alumni.
Black graduates of HBCUs who can account for the impact of peer networks on their employment outcomes are eligible to participate in the study. We are looking for all HBCU attendees within the last 50 years.
Participants will complete a survey, which takes about 25 minutes to complete. Following the survey, select participants will be contacted by a member of the FDPRI team to complete one interview, which will last about 1-2 hours.
If interested in the study, please complete the survey by June 1 at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/thehbcueffect.
