Job Opening: Enterprise Technology Business Analyst – Washington, DC

Job Summary

The Enterprise Technology Business Analyst performs various functions, which primarily involves providing quality support and administrative services to the Enterprise Technology department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Examining business demands and suggest the right applications and technology to provide effective solutions to all technical issues.
  • Having a deep understanding of business and technology requirements.
  • Building, designing, examining, and implementing well organized and structured processes.
  • Gathering feedbacks or responses from end users to continue improving systems/process effectively.
  • Meeting and communicating with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Organizing developers to build and implement technology solutions.
  • Planning, monitoring, organizing, and overseeing projects.
  • Supplying advice and technical training to all new employees on all Technology procedures and processes.
  • Providing expert knowledge to resolve all Technology issues.
  • Running tests or investigations on all application issues and recommending and providing resolutions.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date systems.
  • Providing support to third-party software tools.
  • Documenting and maintaining knowledge of all management processes.
  • Staying well informed and abreast of technology trends and developments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous activities and/or priorities.
  • Ability to assess end-to-end impacts of initiatives on employees and constituents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and develop proposals and/or concept papers.
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Project Management skills.

  • Salary is commensurate with experience, and for the Headquarters location in Washington DC. Salary will vary and may be lower in other geographical areas.
