Northeast Florida Celebrates UNCF Week

The Northeast Florida (NEFL) UNCF Council, serving through UNCF Fort Lauderdale, is launching a week of activities designed to excite the northeast Florida community to support students and historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Now more than ever, high- performing students are challenged financially, causing some to give up on their dreams of higher education. UNCF is dedicated to raising funds to increase scholarships and support HBCU institutions, including Jacksonville’s local UNCF-member institution, Edward Waters College.

UNCF Week offers you a selection of actions and events you can enjoy as you support UNCF and its mission.  Whatever events you choose,   be sure to join us in celebration at our Virtual Breakfast Thursday morning March 11.
