New year, new opportunities for great scholarships from UNCF! Check out these UNCF scholarships and internships currently open for applications, and complete your application before the deadlines. You will not be considered for a scholarship, internship or program until you submit all the information and essays the application requires.
The Wellington Management Foundation Scholarship
The scholarship is open to students at UNCF-member schools enrolled during the 2020-21 academic year. Students should be considered a junior during the 2020-2021 year, graduating in 2022, majoring in a selected field. Closes Jan. 5.
PNC Foundation Scholarship (New Jersey)
The PNC Foundation has established a scholarship program for students from Central and Northern New Jersey studying education and early-childhood. Closes Jan. 6.
G-III Apparel Scholarship
The need-based scholarships are for African American college sophomores majoring in business-related disciplines. Awardees will each receive an academic scholarship of up to $10,000, and a limited opportunity to participate in a G-III paid internship program during the summer of 2021. Closes Jan. 6.
Andersen Foundation Scholarship
The need-based scholarship program offers up to $4,400 for African American college seniors pursuing a career in accounting. Closes Jan. 13.
Black Winemaker Scholarship
The merit-based program supports full-time, African American juniors, seniors or graduate students (MS and/or Ph.D.) studying viticulture or enology, or a graduate student pursuing an advanced degree in a selected fields of agriculture or chemistry that are related to the industry. Closes Jan. 13.
Mojo Vision Scholarship
The program provides scholarships to college students majoring in STEM-related disciplines. Closes Jan. 13.
UNCF Princeton Committee Scholarship (New Jersey)
While there are no major restrictions to be eligible for this opportunity, New Jersey residents planning to major in one of the STEM-related fields are highly encouraged to apply. Closes Jan. 14.
The Angela and Reginald Goins Scholarship (Illinois, Michigan, New York)
The $5,000 need-based scholarship is for HBCU students who reside in or are permanent residents of New York City, Chicago or the metro Detroit area. Closes Jan. 18.
UNCF K-12 Education Fellowship
The program selects undergraduate juniors from HBCUs for a 10-week summer experience that includes leadership development, a paid internship with an innovative K-12 educational or organization or school, and participation in an education reform case competition. Closes Jan. 18.
UNCF/Kimberly-Clark Corporate Scholars Program (Georgia)
The program is for college sophomores and juniors from Spelman College, Morehouse College, and Clark Atlanta University with an interest in interning with Kimberly-Clark Corp. at the Roswell, GA, host site for summer 2021. Closes Jan. 19.
DTE Energy Foundation Scholarship
The scholarship is for college juniors or seniors majoring in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering, information technology, or business. Closes Jan. 20.
Integra Foundation, Inc. Scholarship (New Jersey, Ohio, Massachusetts)
The program provides $5,000 in scholarship opportunities to permanent residents of the listed states who are STEM majors. Closes Jan 26.
The Pierre and Tana Matisse Foundation (New York)
The Foundation in partnership with UNCF, has developed the program to provide need-based scholarships to Black, Latinx, and Indigenous undergraduate students from the five boroughs of New York City attending any accredited four-year institution or two-year community college in the United States. Closes Jan. 28.
HBCU sophomores with an interest in the automotive industry are eligible to receive a scholarship up to $7,500 for the 2020-21 academic year. Closes Jan. 28.
John Lennon Endowed Scholarship Program
Eligible applicants must be majoring in Communications, Mass Communications, Mass Media Arts, Music or Performing Arts, while attending a UNCF-member institution. Closes Jan. 29.
UNCF Budweiser Natalie Johnson Scholarship and Internship Program
The program provides scholarship opportunities to entering college juniors and/or seniors who attend a four-year, accredited HBCU, and who major in a designated field. Applicants would also be eligible to participate in an internship at Anheuser-Busch in its Summer Brewery Internship Program. Closes Jan. 29.
Etta Gray Memorial Scholarship Program (South Carolina)
The program assists students who are permanent residents in Upstate South Carolina and who are pursuing a technical certification at specific technical colleges in the area. Closes Jan. 31.

The Black Ambition HBCU Prize
The Black Ambition HBCU Prize offers funding and mentorship for Black and Latinx entrepreneurs. Closes Feb. 18.
The UNCF General Application is used to establish an applicant pool of potentially eligible students for ongoing scholarship opportunities that are unpublished and do not require an online application. Apply by March 31, 2021.
