Bowie State University

Coppin State University
Founded in 1900 in Baltimore, Maryland, Coppin State University (Coppin) was originally founded as a training school for African American teachers. Coppin offers a diverse array of degree programs, featuring prominent ones in behavioral and social sciences, business, civics, political sciences, and criminal justice, education, humanities and performing arts, math and computer science, natural and physical sciences, nursing, health information management, and health sciences.
Morgan State University
Founded in 1867 in Baltimore, Maryland, Morgan State University (MSU) is the nation’s second-largest producer of African American Army Generals. MSU offers a diverse array of degree programs, featuring prominent ones in liberal arts and humanities, business, civil engineering, information science, and psychology.
University of Maryland Eastern Shore
Founded in 1886 in Princess Anne, Maryland, University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) is a Top 20 historically Black doctoral research university. UMES offers a diverse array of degree programs, featuring prominent ones in agribusiness, aviation science, construction management, criminal justice, engineering technology, environmental science, golf management, hospitality and tourism management, and rehabilitation services.
