UNCF 25th Annual Leader’s Luncheon – South Florida
The 25th Annual UNCF South Florida fundraising Leader’s Luncheon, has been a tradition initiated for UNCF by former Governor Jeb Bush to help raise funds to support UNCF-member colleges and universities and Florida’s underrepresented students.
This is the premier fundraising event held in four major Florida markets –Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa. These events allows UNCF to mobilize volunteers and corporate donor’s to support our mission.
Former Broward County Mayor, Dale V. C. Holness serves as honorary chair, along with UNCF South Florida Leadership Council Chair, Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Thaddeus “Thad” Hamilton.
For more than 80 years, UNCF has provided financial support to ensure that our students can succeed and that UNCF-member institutions continue to keep moving forward toward the pursuit of educational excellence.
