Jennifer Moulton
Jennifer Moulton serves as the Area Development Director where she will lead strategic fundraising efforts to expand donor engagement and increase UNCF support in the North Texas and Oklahoma areas. Jennifer has a strong background in nonprofit leadership, development, education, and brings a results-driven approach to cultivating and securing major gifts while building meaningful community partnerships.
Prior to joining UNCF, Jennifer served in leadership roles with UME Preparatory Academy and the American College of Emergency Physicians, where she successfully advanced organizational goals and program development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Paul Quinn College and a master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Houston Baptist University.
Jennifer’s passion for community and servant leadership stretches beyond fundraising. She currently serves with several distinguished organizations, including being Vice President of the National Alumni Association for Paul Quinn College and the Junior League of Dallas.
When she is not traveling, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
