UNCF Achievement Capstone Program
Investing in the next generation of African American leadership is the goal of the UNCF Achievement Capstone Program.
Established to mark the 50-year anniversary of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation’s National Achievement® Scholarship Program, this new faculty-nominated scholarship offers students a one-time financial award ranging from $2,000 to $5,000, which they can use to retire educational costs or pay for future educational expenses.
Capstone scholarship recipients also receive other important benefits, including peer networking and graduate school, professional school and career opportunities.
This scholarship is very selective and supports high-achieving African American students. Nominations for the program must come from current faculty members. For more information on the program, download the fact sheet.
