The United Negro College Fund (UNCF) permits text links to content on UNCF-maintained Websites and social media sites. UNCF, however, is committed to the highest standards of and ethics in fact and appearance. Any linking should not:

• Suggest that UNCF endorses or promotes any third party’s causes, ideas, products, Websites or services.
• Use UNCF copyrighted information, logos, trademarks or service marks.
• Use UNCF content for commercial or fundraising purposes without written permission from UNCF. UNCF reserves the right to withdraw permission to link to UNCF-maintained Websites at any time.

Links from a UNCF-maintained Website to a Third-party Site

The United Negro College Fund may, through Websites and social media sites it maintains, provide links to Internet sites maintained by third parties. UNCF has no control over these sites, and linkage does not imply endorsement of the content, operators, products or services related to such sites. UNCF is not liable or responsible for the content, operators, availability, accuracy, quality, advertising, products, services or any other material, service or occurrence related to such sites. UNCF shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with visits to such sites, or use of or reliance on any content, products or services available on or through such sites.
