Casi Ferguson

Casi Ferguson is a proud native of Birmingham, AL. She has enjoyed a fulfilling career in the private sector spanning more than 30 years.

A change-maker, Ferguson has achieved success through a plethora of professional and philanthropic efforts and organizations. As an advocate for education, community development, and entrepreneurship, Ferguson has served on countless boards and championed many community service efforts.

Recently, Ferguson retired from AT&T, a Fortune 10 company, where her strong background in community and business development project management helped enhanced large-scale projects. She served the company in several roles including area manager, where she managed several successful retail, enterprise and wholesale affiliate business units in Alabama, California and Texas. She also served the Birmingham region as a United Way of Central Alabama Loaned Executive and Leadership Speaker. In addition, Ferguson helped project manage several of AT&T’s community outreach initiatives including the AT&T Alabama African American History Calendar, and festivities surrounding the Magic City Classic.

In 2010, Ferguson  served as a co-chair for the UNCF Gala-Birmingham and she has served on the organization’s Area Leadership Team for the past 20 years. In 2013, she was the recipient of the Jesse J. Lewis Jr. Small Business Advocate Award presented by the Birmingham Business Alliance, in acknowledgement of contributions to minority business programs and services.

Ferguson  graduated from Talladega College with a B.S. in business administration; she was also a member of the Talladega College Choir. She has earned several project management certificates and is a member of the Tri-County Alabama Chapter of The Links, Inc. She has been an active member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fairfield.
