Jerome L. Jackson is a strategic and mission-driven development professional with more than a decade of experience advancing fundraising initiatives across healthcare, higher education, and youth-serving organizations. He has a strong record of securing six-figure gifts, leading multi-channel campaigns, and building lasting donor relationships that drive measurable impact and institutional growth.
Jerome has held leadership roles with the University of Maryland Medical System Foundation, the American Heart Association, and Rochester Institute of Technology, where he strengthened major gifts pipelines, launched innovative fundraising programs, and advised executive leaders on sustainable funding strategy. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University of Baltimore.
