Patrice Neal
Patrice M. Neal began her UNCF journey in 1999 as a temporary Administrative Secretary. In the two plus decades of service at UNCF, Patrice has held every field development role in the Michigan office. Her acquired knowledge and visible display of UNCF’s core values (trust, respect, accountability, collaboration, integrity and impact) has allowed her to re-introduce the UNCF brand, restructure councils and develop, re-establish and strengthen existing relationships with corporate and community stakeholders throughout the State of Michigan.
Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. She has a passion and heart for serving. You will often hear her say, “I get to do this” or “this work is not a choice, but a daily heart decision.” For these and many other reasons, she has been recognized by her peers and leadership over her tenure as a Shining Star and a Team Player.
Prior to joining the UNCF team, she worked for a not-for-profit corporation and one of the nation’s leading health care providers – Henry Ford Health System.
Patrice is a native Detroiter and the proud mother of one of the best negotiators (future fundraiser) this world has yet to meet, Jayden.
