Sharayl Moore
Sharayl Moore serves as Development Director for the UNCF Michigan office, where she supports donor engagement efforts to advance fundraising goals and deepen relationships with new and longtime supporters. She plays a key role in managing local fundraising initiatives.
Sharayl brings a thoughtful, mission-driven approach to development, grounded in deep passion for education and HBCU institutions uplifting and supporting their students. Her work is informed by a strong background in major gifts, campaign strategy, and donor stewardship, allowing her to build meaningful partnerships that drive lasting impact.
Prior to joining UNCF, Sharayl served as a Major Gift Officer with Planned Parenthood of Michigan and as a Development Officer with the Kalamazoo Community Foundation, where she helped secure significant philanthropic investments in community-centered initiatives.
Sharayl holds a Master of Arts degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Family Life Education. Originally from Kalamazoo, MI, she now resides in the Metro Detroit area.
