Terrion Smith
Terrion Smith is the Development Associate for UNCF Atlanta. She is responsible for coordinating development functions relating to fundraising activities, promotions, special events, record keeping, support for active volunteers and providing administrative support as needed.
She has over 28 years of management and support experience. She began her work in the non-profit sector as an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator for SYE, Inc. an Upward Bound Trio Program in 2009 assisting low-income students and first-generation college students to progress through the academic pipeline from high school to postbaccalaureate programs.
Throughout her career she has provided support as Office Manager/Human Resources for over 7 years for two metal recycling companies. She worked as an agent providing administrative and sales support for Alfa Insurance for 9 years.
She received her Bachelor of Fines Arts Degree in Fashion Marketing and Design from The American InterContinental University, holds a State of Georgia Insurance – Resident Agent License/Casualty and Property and a Georgia Notary License.
During her free time, she creates, designs, sews, supports, travels and loves on her husband, her five kids and five grandkids.
