Wenona A. Graham is a native Detroiter who began her work with UNCF as a corporate volunteer in 2003. She has served the organization in many capacities and is now the Development Director for the Michigan Office.
Wenona earned her undergraduate degree from UNCF-member institution Talladega College, where she also became a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has more than three decades of combined experience in fundraising and in the non-profit sector. After completing her undergraduate studies, Wenona made her footprint in the Motor City, where she used her two master degrees from the University of Maryland throughout her successful career in the automotive industry. Her robust experience at Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors spans sales and service to global marketing and management. She has also provided tangible and impressive results in her near decade tenure as a member of the economic development team for the City of Novi in Michigan.
A graduate of Detroit’s Cass Technical High School, Wenona is a passionate advocate and supporter of minority education. She and her husband reside in metropolitan Detroit,where they are raising their four sons.
