About the NAC Conference
Q. Who should attend the NAC Leadership Conference?
A. UNCF-member institution alumni and pre-alumni, institution development staff and institution alumni advisors are encouraged to attend.
Q. What is the registration fee for school advisors and staff?
A. Registration fees are listed each year on the event site.
Q. Can students outside of UNCF-member institutions attend the conference?
A. Yes, the conference is open for students and alumni from all HBCUs as well as other colleges and universities.
Q. What are the prices for ticketed events?
Ticket information is available each year on the event site.
Q. Are guests of honorees allowed to sit or share tables with the honorees?
A. No. Legacy Award honorees sit at designated reserved tables. Guests of honorees will be seated in a special section near the honorees.
Q. What are the criteria used for the Miss National UNCF competition?
A. Campus Pre-Alumni Councils (PACs) set up their own rules and guidelines for contestants to compete at the campus level. For example, contestants may be selected by their PAC or Alumni Relations Office, or there may be a specified competition on the individual campus for the title. The campus winner is then eligible to compete at the national level as long as the minimum dollar amount is submitted to UNCF by the stated deadline. In some instances, the UNCF-member institution Campus Queen and the institution Miss UNCF Queen may be the same individual as long as the specifics have been worked out at the local level between the PAC, alumni office, advisors and the UNCF institution.

A. Every effort is made to bring nationally recognized speakers to this conference. As keynote speakers are secured, they will be posted on the NAC Conference’s annual web page.
Q. Are vending opportunities available for the conference?
A. Vendor opportunities are available. Vendor information is included on the annual Conference web page.
Q. Is there shuttle service from the airport to host hotel?
A. Yes. Shuttle service is available from the airport to the host hotel. Standard fees apply. Check online for pricing and schedules.
