Early Talent Opportunity Program (ETOP)
ETOP is a summer experience comprised of workshops and individual sessions designed to offer customized support for rising juniors who are interested in securing an internship the summer following their junior year. Students who complete ETOP are guaranteed resources and personalized support while navigating the internship application process during the fall semester of their junior year. In addition, to personalize support, students will also engage with industry leaders who will provide industry-specific knowledge and trends for young professionals as well as insight into the internship recruitment process. Students who successfully complete this summer program will receive priority status for all Student Professional Development Program internship applications of which they meet the eligibility criteria.
Program components include:
- The Student Leadership Conference (SLC)
- 6-Week Professional Development Leadership Series
- Individual Coaching Sessions
- UNCF Fall Internship Application Priority Status
