I hereby grant permission to the United Negro College Fund, Inc. ("UNCF"), its employees, partners, agents, and volunteers to videotape, audiotape, film or photograph me and use my name, image, likeness and biographical materials (“Materials”) in conjunction with UNCF charitable, educational and fundraising activities and events. UNCF is hereby released from any claim for payment or any other compensation relating to the taking or use of Materials. UNCF is granted a worldwide right to copy, reproduce, transmit and display Materials in all media, including the Internet, as related to its charitable, educational, marketing, and fundraising purposes. UNCF may modify and assign the Materials in any manner it chooses. I maintain my privacy rights under Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) except for rights expressly granted to UNCF in this RELEASE.
