Dr. Michael L. Lomax: Meet the CEO
Under his leadership, UNCF supports more than 60,000 students each year, including scholarship recipients, getting them “to and through” college; fights for college readiness for high school and middle school students; and advocates for educational reform at the highest level. Read his blog, bio and social media.

UNCF-Member Institutions
Thirty-seven historically black colleges and universities belong to the UNCF network of member institutions. UNCF provides these colleges and universities with a range of support that enables them to keep their academic programs strong and their tuitions affordable. As a result of this support, member institutions educate more than 50,000 students each year and have produced more than 450,000 graduates with the help of UNCF.

UNCF Local Offices
UNCF’s 23 regional offices, located around the United States, provide localized support and information on topics like UNCF’s member institutions, events in the area, locally-and nationally-based scholarships, volunteer opportunities and success stories about students within the offices’ service areas.

UNCF Events
UNCF raises money through events across the country to support its mission, while at the same time raising awareness among its constituents. See what’s happening next.
