Benedict College Welcomes Largest Undergraduate Class Since 2019
Benedict College continues its sustained enrollment growth, welcoming 731 new traditional undergraduate students for Fall 2026, the College’s highest new traditional undergraduate enrollment since Fall 2019 and a 15.3% increase over Fall 2025.
This marks the third consecutive year of new undergraduate enrollment growth for the College. Since Fall 2023, new traditional undergraduate enrollment has increased more than 56%. Growth is particularly strong among first-time, first-year students.
“These results reflect the strength and continued momentum of Benedict College,” said Dr. Roslyn Clark Artis, president and CEO, Benedict College. “As more students choose Benedict, we remain focused on expanding opportunity, delivering academic excellence and preparing our students to lead and serve. We are proud to welcome another strong class of new Tigers to our community.”
The Fall 2026 class comes from 28 states and U.S. jurisdictions and seven countries, including The Bahamas, Barbados, Cameroon, Canada, Jamaica, Kenya and Trinidad and Tobago.
