Benedict College female student working in laboratory2023-2024 UNCF Healthcare Workforce Diversity Program
The UNCF Healthcare Workforce Diversity Program aims to address the racial imbalance in the healthcare workforce that can potentially exacerbate health disparities in Black communities. Scholarship, academic, and career development support will be given to students who are interested in a career in healthcare, but who might otherwise not have an opportunity to go beyond their high school diploma to earn a credential. Closes Jan. 4.

2023-2024 WXIA TV11 Community Service Scholarship
The WXIA TV11 Community Service Scholarship was established by WXIA-TV, a television station licensed to Atlanta, Georgia, in partnership with UNCF to provide scholarships to students and recognize those who exemplify outstanding achievement in community services during their high school. Closes Jan. 4.

The John Lennon Endowed Scholarship program was established by Yoko Ono in the memory of her late husband, the entertainer John Lennon, in partnership with UNCF. The scholarship program is designed to provide scholarship support to deserving students attending one of the 37 UNCF member institutions. Closes Jan. 4.

2023-2024 John W. Ruffin Endowed Scholarship
UNCF, in conjunction with The John W. Ruffin Family, will be making scholarship awards for undergraduate or graduate full-time students attending Florida Memorial University (FMU) or Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship. Closes Jan. 4.

Claflin University students working on computers2023-2024 The Stella Jones & John Scott Endowed Art Scholarship Fund
This scholarship opportunity is open to African American undergraduate students attending Dillard University, Southern University of New Orleans, or Xavier University of Louisiana. All majors are welcome to apply. Closes Jan. 8.

2023-2024 The Nevada-UNCF Scholarship
The Nevada-UNCF Scholarship Program was established to financially support African American students from Nevada who have enrolled in a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) for the 2023-24 academic year. Closes Jan. 9.

The Fidelity Scholars Program is unique as it provides scholarship dollars and access to coaches and mentors, financial education and health and wellness resources. With access to higher education and ongoing support for historically underserved and underrepresented students the Fidelity Scholars Program can help you prepare to become the next generation of professionals whose career achievements will allow you to positively impact your lifetime earnings and build generational wealth. Closes Jan. 11.

2023-2024 Ralph and Fanny Ellison Scholarship
This generous program will provide five (5) need-based scholarships up to $10,000.00 to students who reside in or have a permanent address in New York State or Oklahoma. Closes Jan. 15.

2023-2024 Catherine W. Pierce Scholarship
The Catherine W. Pierce Scholarship was established to support students who are majoring in disciplines within the Arts. Mrs. Pierce had a great interest in helping deserving students who are pursuing disciplines within The Arts and Art History (excluding performing Arts). The award amount is up to $3,400.00 for the 2023-2024 academic year. Closes Jan. 18.

Through a collaborative partnership with UNCF, The PNC Foundation, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation has established a scholarship program that helps ensure educational access and the reduction of the financial burden for students from Central and Northern New Jersey studying education and early-childhood education at UNCF colleges and universities. UNCF works with the PNC Foundation Scholarship program to identify qualified scholarship recipients. Closes Jan. 25.

2023-2024 Dominion Energy Social Justice Scholars Program
The Dominion Energy Social Justice Scholars Program is an internship and student professional development program designed to cultivate an ecosystem of social justice and build a coalition of support among college, students, social justice-3 male students studying and talking with laptop at Morehouse Collegeserving organizations and the communities they serve. Closes Jan. 29.

2023-2024 Playstation Career Pathways Program
PlayStation Career Pathways is a multi-year career-readiness program that fosters a new generation of creative and technical talent, bridges the opportunity gap, and removes financial barriers to higher education. Pathways Scholars get access to scholarships, mentorships and insider gaming industry expertise. Closes Jan. 31.

2023-2024 Philadelphia Flyers Rising Leaders Scholarship
To qualify for the Philadelphia Rising Leaders Scholarship, students must be current first-year college freshman from the Philadelphia region with at least a 3.0 high school GPA, and a demonstrated involvement with the sport of Ball or Ice Hockey, and exemplary leadership qualities. Closes Jan. 31.
