UNCF 35th Anniversary “A Mind Is…” Gala – Houston
The UNCF “A Mind Is…”® Gala is a signature fundraiser for the local UNCF office and is considered a premier social event for the City of Houston. Supported by a diverse group of corporate sponsors and individuals, the Gala welcomes celebrities, dignitaries, civic leaders, volunteers, public officials, alumni and others who support UNCF’s mission of investing in America’s future by getting students to and through college.
UNCF’s Annual Gala offers all attendees the chance to win meticulously curated raffle packages minimally valued at $2,500 for as low as $100. Past packages included: first class airline tickets, Rockets, Astros, and Texans suites, Rodeo suite tickets that included parking, and diamond necklaces. There were even South African wine boxes and a chance to build out your wine cellar with 100 bottles of wine.
Be sure to purchase your raffle ticket during the reception and dinner to secure your chance to win. Remember, you have to be in it, to win it!
