Matilda Louree

Matilda Louree is the area development director for UNCF Dallas. In this role, Louree is responsible for the day-to-day operation and the vitality of the organization. She is primarily focused on fundraising and driving a plan for ensuring the success of UNCF.

She has over 15 years of nonprofit development and professional leadership expertise and is actively involved in the Dallas community. She is pleased to support and advance the important work of UNCF by using the full extent of her experience and talent that she has developed over the years. Most recently she served as regional director – North Texas, for UNICEF USA, and she formerly served as director of leadership giving for Habitat for Humanity.

She earned B.A. degrees in English literature and anthropology from Southern Methodist University and a M.A. in philanthropy and development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Special studies at University College, Oxford, England.
