We are proud to collaborate with select community colleges in each participating Invest in My Education state to launch the Fidelity Scholars Program – Community College initiative.

Students are selected for the Fidelity Scholars Program by a participating community college and will be provided with financial assistance and the support they need to turn their educational goals into tangible career opportunities through:

  • Accelerated completion
    The Fidelity Scholars Program is tailored to help you complete your associate degree or certificate program, saving you time and money while ensuring you acquire the skills and knowledge needed for success.
  • Career-focused pathways
    Students pursuing careers in finance, health and STEM.
  • Mentorship and career readiness
    Paired with a Fidelity Mentor, you will gain access to workshops and networking opportunities designed to enhance your professional skills and expand your career prospects.
  • Personalized guidance
    Receive personalized guidance from college success coaches who are dedicated to helping you navigate your educational and career journey with confidence.
