Community College Initiative

The Fidelity Scholars Program collaborates with select community colleges in each participating  Invest in My Education  state to deliver the Fidelity Scholars Program – Community College Initiative (CCI).

In order for students to become a CCI Fidelity Scholar, they must be nominated by their institution or high school administrator and complete an application process. Selected scholars will receive targeted financial assistance and comprehensive support designed to turn academic goals into meaningful career outcomes.

Accelerated degree completion

The Fidelity Scholars Program is structured to help students complete their associate degree more efficiently, prioritizing saving time and reducing costs, while ensuring mastery of the skills and knowledge needed for long-term success.

Career-focused pathways

Students from all academic majors are eligible for the program, allowing participants to pursue career pathways that reflect their individual interests and workforce goals.

Mentorship and career readiness

Each scholar is paired with a Fidelity mentor and gains access to professional development workshops and networking opportunities that strengthen career readiness and expand professional networks.

Personalized guidance and coaching

Dedicated college success coaches provide individualized support to help students navigate higher education transitions, plan their careers, and remain aligned with institutional goals.
