The Walton-UNCF K-12 Education Fellowship Program is a leadership and talent development initiative aimed at building a robust pipeline of high-achieving African Americans engaged in education reform in America. Our alumni leave the program ready to finish.

“I want to be a clinical psychologist to stop the misdiagnosis of African American children. Kids are going to school everyday and not getting the same education. It motivates me more to continue my career goals.”
