Abbington, Vallanteen Scholarship
Program Description :
This annual gift from St. Louis Public School System provides financial aid to local high school students who plan to attend a UNCF member college or university. This scholarship is renewed annually. The GPA requirement increases to 3.3 after the sophomore year and 3.5 after the junior year.

ABC Studios Production Associates Program
Program Description :
The UNCF/ABC Studios Associates Program has been established with a $10,000 contribution to reimburse selected candidates for qualified travel and relocation expenses. The selected individual will be offered an entry-level position within the television production field. Through hands-on experience, candidates can develop an understanding of the fundamental of studio television production in the areas of production management, production finance, post-production management, studio crafts management, production business and legal affairs. Program Description :
The UNCF/Abercrombie & Fitch Scholarship Program will provide 4-year scholarships to a total of 22 students enrolled in a UNCF member or university or any other accredited 4-year college or university. Scholarships of $3,000 will be awarded annually, up to 4 years. Award amount will be based upon students unmet financial need and will be renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements.

Program Description :

Our public service union – the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) – has joined with Harvard University and the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) to let those of you who qualify experience what it’s like to be part of the labor movement. You’ll get an opportunity to do the day-to-day work of outreach to workers by phone and on home visits, campaign research and material development. Alfred Chisholm/BASF Memorial Scholarship Fund
Program Description :
This scholarship was created in 1997 in memory of Alfred Chisholm, a leader in his community. With the support of the BASF African-American Employees Group (AAEG), one deserving student will receive $5,000 toward college assistance. Candidates must also have a relative employed with BASF. .
