2026-2027 Gayle & Tom Benson Endowed UNCF Scholarship Fund
Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, Inc.’s very generous “WE Communications Scholarship” is a need-based program that will fund students who are permanent residents of the states of Washington & Oregon who are enrolled at any accredited four-year college or university in the U. S. during the 2026-2027 school year. Eligible candidates must be interested in pursing a career in Communications. Closes August. 5.

2026-2027 Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile Jr. Scholarship Program
The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile Jr. Foundation, in partnership with UNCF created the Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile Jr. Scholarship Program to assist students attending a UNCF member institution, other Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), or any accredited, four-year institution. This is a renewable merit-based scholarship. Closes August. 17.

2026-2027 The RADM (ret.) Jeffrey A. & Linda J. Cook Scholarship
The RADM (ret.) Jeffrey A. & Linda J. Cook Scholarship is a need-based, recurring scholarship for active-duty, retired U.S. military veterans, or their dependents who are enrolled full time and pursuing undergraduate STEM degrees at an accredited HBCU. Recipients will receive a renewable award of up to $4,250 to support them in obtaining their undergraduate degree. This scholarship is in honor of CPO Arthur A. Cook and Capt. Delbert E. Colwell, the fathers of the Grantors who served honorably during WWII. Closes August. 24.

2026-2027 ConocoPhillips Last Dollar Scholarship
The ConocoPhillips Last Dollar Scholarship opportunity is open to rising juniors and seniors who will be enrolled full-time at a UNCF Member Institution or other accredited HBCU for the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants must have a declared major in a STEM-related discipline, or accounting, finance, human resources, or information technology. Recipients will receive a one-time scholarship of up to $3,250 for the 2026-2027 academic year. Closes Aug. 27.

2025-2026 Aging Services Leadership Fellowship
The Aging Services Fellowship is a one-year, non-clinical program designed for emerging and mid-career professionals who want to apply their transferable skills to make an impact in the field of aging services. Ideal candidates include recent graduates of a master’s program (or those who have completed relevant coursework) and professionals with five or more years of experience in their chosen field. Closes Aug. 28.

2026-2027 Lighted Pathways Internship
Light a pathway to a successful future in Asset Management and related fields. This is a paid internship opportunity for Summer 2027 with a Host Firm in Boston, MA. Selected students will gain access to professional development, mentoring, and paid internship opportunities in financial investment or asset management, and related fields. Eligible students are college sophomores and juniors majoring in accounting, finance, mathematics, economics, computer science, data analytics, business, marketing, computer information sciences and computer engineering. Closes Aug. 28.

2026-2027 Johnson & Johnson Scholarship
Johnson & Johnson is providing $5,000 merit-based scholarships to New Jersey residents pursuing nursing degrees or other health sciences related degrees. Applicants MUST be a resident of New Jersey and currently enrolled as a junior or senior at any accredited UNCF Member Institution, other accredited HBCU, or any other accredited four-year institution. Closes Aug. 28.

2026-2027 UNCF Health Careers Scholarship Program
The UNCF Health Careers Scholarship Program is designed to assist in the development of a more diverse workforce in health professions in Greater Cleveland. University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic and Kaiser Foundation are partnering with UNCF to develop an endowed scholarship for students of CSSM (Cleveland School of Science and Medicine) at John Hay High School who plan to enter the health professions. Closes August 31.

2026-2027 MCTS Legacy Scholarship Program
Mobile County Training School (MCTS) High School Alumni Association, an Alabama non-profit organization, has created the MCTS Legacy Scholarship Program in partnership with UNCF to provide ten (10) need-based scholarships to MCTS attendees or descendants of individuals who attended MCTS. The scholarship program will provide need-based scholarships of up to $3,500 to attendees and/or descendants of individuals who attended the Mobile County Training School. Closes August 31.

2026-2027 Stephen Francis McNally Scholarship Fund
The Stephen Francis McNally scholarship is designed to provide recurring, need based scholarships of up to $4,250 to help students complete college. Applicants must be undergraduate students currently enrolled full-time at any UNCF-member institution or accredited HBCU. Closes August 31.
