In 2021, we established the Target Scholars Program [UNCF.org/TargetScholars], in partnership with UNCF, to make higher education more affordable for more Black students, and provide students mentoring, internship opportunities, networking and more throughout their college career. The program is the latest way that Target’s supporting the next generation of Black talent, helping build the workforce for the future.
