Arnika Jackson

Director, Student Professional Development Programs

Arnika Frazier-Jackson is the Director for UNCF’s Student Professional Develop Programs. She leads a suite of programs with UNCF to prepare students for professional development. While managing programming she also serves the team in strategic planning of new programs and learning initiatives for UNCF’s internship talent pool. A champion for young professionals in the organization Arnika also serves as a committee member of Young Professionals affinity group working to cultivate a new generation of donors for UNCF while providing development for leadership training for her colleagues.

She has more than 20 years of experience in corporate marketing and professional development. Fifteen of those years serving UNCF leading initiatives with the Gates Millennium Scholars Program and the UNCF Empower Tour respectively. Arnika has always work to find innovative ways to integrate the service of the client’s needs and communities that they serve.

Arnika received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the highest of seven hills at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and her Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing and Management Communication from The Florida State University.

 

Tracee Senghor

Relationship Manager, Student Professional Development Programs

Tracee Senghor is a proud member of the Student Professional Development Programs (SPDP) team serving in the role of Relationship Manager. In this role, Tracee supports current and alumni fellows and manages program services for the Panda Cares scholarship and partnership. Before joining UNCF, Tracee served as a Retention Specialist at Coppin State University, where she was responsible for the academic advisement of students in all major disciplines. Tracee also taught Freshman seminar courses and led student development and engagement programming. Additionally, Tracee brings her experience as an Education Fellow for Americorp, a Human Resources Associate at Six Flags, and her Education Program Specialist expertise from Port Discovery Children’s Museum. Tracee is a proud two-time alumna of Bowie State University, where she earned both her BS and MA degrees in Communications, Public Relations, and Organizational Communications. Currently, she is in pursuit of a terminal degree in Educational Leadership where she is conducting a phenomenological study focused on undergraduates as they transition into the career world.
