We Are Back! It’s been 4 years since last we partied for a cause! We need you back to kick us off in October, a great month for a Masked Ball.

The Twin Cities UNCF Masked Ball is a premier fundraising gala and major social event focusing on raising awareness of the students UNCF serves and the importance and contributions of historically black colleges and institutions.

UNCF Virginia is excited to be hosting its 1st Annual Faith Leaders’ Breakfast. Faith Leaders from local area churches, synagogues, and mosques are invited to join us for food and fellowship, as we address equality in education and ways to develop partnerships to improve the quality of life in our communities.

The National UNCF Walk for Education is a nationwide initiative to raise the critical funds UNCF needs to fulfill our mission of support to our member HBCUs and to help students pursue their educational endeavors and prepare for active participation in society.

The Returning to Our Roots Gospel Brunch celebrates churches, pastors, their congregations and community leaders that have a tradition of supporting UNCF, its member historically Black colleges and universities, and students.

UNCF New England invites you to feed your body and soul as we join in fellowship to recognize faith leaders and community advocates who have shown their support for UNCF’s mission, expressed through our motto, “A mind is a terrible thing to waste, but a wonderful thing to invest in.” ®

Funds raised will support UNCF’s member schools and its important work to advance educational and career opportunities for young people of color.

UNCF seeks your support for the 2023 DMV (DC, MD and Northern VA) Leaders’ Breakfast in helping to advance UNCF’s mission: To build a robust and nationally recognized pipeline of underrepresented students, who, because of UNCF support, become highly qualified college graduates and to ensure that our network of member institutions is a respected model of best practices in moving students to and through college. UNCF member colleges graduate more of their African American students than other private colleges or public universities, and their low tuition rates are less than half those charged by other private colleges.

Because college graduates earn higher incomes than non-graduates, your support will be an investment in the future teachers, business leaders, engineers, physicians and other professionals who will graduate from UNCF member colleges to become productive participants in their communities and in the U.S. economy

The 9th Annual Pee Dee Area UNCF Mayors’ Masked Ball is a premier fundraising gala and major social event focusing on raising awareness of the need and benefits of a college education, the students UNCF serves and the contributions of historically black colleges and universities. Hosted by a diverse group of corporate sponsors, local businesses and professional organizations, the Pee Dee Area UNCF Mayors’ Masked Ball is an evening of celebration attended by civic leaders, alumni, dignitaries, volunteers and friends of UNCF. This must-attend event is full of fun, fashion and glamour, and supports UNCF’s mission of investing in Better Futures® for the young men and women we serve by helping them move to and through college.

The annual UNCF Mayor’s Masked Ball Atlanta is a premier fundraising gala and major social event focusing on raising awareness of the need and benefits of a college education, the students UNCF serves and the contributions of historically Black colleges and universities.

Hosted by a diverse group of corporate sponsors, local businesses and professional organizations the Mayor’s Masked Ball Atlanta is an evening of celebration attended by national celebrities, civic leaders, alumni, dignitaries, volunteers and friends of UNCF.

Celebrating the 40th year anniversary, this must-attend event is full of fun, fashion, glitz and glamour all to dedicated to support UNCF’s mission of investing in better futures for the young men and women we serve and by helping them move to and through college.

Are you searching for an event that not only promises a fun-filled day but also supports an incredible cause? Look no further than the UNCF Walk for Education and HBCU Homecoming Festival! This event is tailored to be a perfect outing for the entire family while also raising funds to provide scholarships for disadvantaged students.

The community festival boasts live entertainment featuring homegrown music talents and a DJ, along with a range of activities for children such as games and face painting. Plus, local small business vendors will be present, offering mouth-watering delights and handcrafted items to enjoy.

CONFERENCE AWARDS

These prestigious alumni awards recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to their alma mater, their community and/or UNCF. Each school submits the name of one alumnus for the Hall of Honor (Outstanding Alumni Award) and one alumnus for the Outstanding Young Alumni Award.

These awards will be presented during UNCF NAC Legacy Gala, Friday, February 23, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville-Riverfront.
